Benefits of Using a Jade Face Roller

Jade rollers are a beauty tool must have. I discovered jade rollers a few months ago and I am in love! I like to put mine in the freezer before I use it on my face. They are super affordable too!

You can use your jade roller on a fresh face or to help lock in moisturizer, serum, and other oils. I like to use my jade roller while I have a sheet mask on. I feel like it helps my skin absorb the hydration and serums. To achieve the best results, use the jade roller in an up and down, side to side motion.

Jade rollers are also used as a tool to help reduce puffiness and inflammation. I tend to have puffy under eyes and I have seen improvement since using this tool. The cooling sensation helps inflammation and puffiness as well. Make sure you are gentle when dealing with the under eye!

Using a jade roller helps improve blood circulation in your face. You can use it on other parts of your body, but I only use it on my face and neck. It also helps promote lymphatic drainage which helps drain the toxins out of your body.

Jade rollers have been a huge game changer for me with regards to headache relief. I suffer from frequent bad headaches and migraines. I use my roller around my temples, the back of my neck and forehead in an up and down motion. I always make sure my roller has been sitting in the freezer or fridge for at least an hour before use. The cooling helps with the headaches as well. If you suffer from headaches and\or migraines, I 100% recommend this product.
